Our stay at Chill Box Premier-Beach was pleasant and enjoyable. The location was great, just a short walk from the beautiful My Khe beach. We booked a two-night stay and were pleased to find that the hotel had credit card facilities for payment, making check-in convenient. The staff, especially Johnny, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. When we encountered an issue with bed bugs in our room late at night, Johnny quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger, cleaner room. He even helped us arrange transportation to Bana Hill, ensuring a smooth journey for us. The breakfast provided was simple, but satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel paid for our taxi fare to Danang airport, which was greatly appreciated. Despite a few minor shortcomings and language barriers with the staff, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider staying at Chill Box Premier-Beach again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and had convenient coffee/tea making facilities, a cozy seating area, and a useful writing desk, the bed was comfortable, and there was complimentary Wi-Fi; also, the location was excellent for reaching the airport.

I recently stayed at Chill Box Premier-Beach Hotel for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, just a 7-minute walk to the beach, and I could easily rent motorcycles nearby to explore downtown. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist, despite limited English. The price was reasonable, and I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Additionally, I discovered a delicious Vietnamese food spot called Banh Thrang Neung on the way to the beach.

The AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool during the hot weather. The bathroom was stocked with everything we needed, from shampoo to toothbrushes. The hotel's location was ideal, just a two-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by numerous cafes. They even provided us with a helpful list of nearby attractions. It truly was one of the best places I've ever stayed at.

The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, with comfortable seating areas where I could sit and chat with other guests. The hotel's location was also perfect for seniors, as it was conveniently situated near the beach with just a short walk to enjoy the soothing ocean breeze.

I wish the children working there had more knowledge of local attractions and activities suitable for senior people. Having someone who can provide personalized recommendations and assistance would have made my vacation even better.
